Cook in microwave thoroughly until internal temperature reaches 168 degrees F. Microwave on high (100% power) for: From Refrigerated 1.5-2 minutes From Frozen: 2-2.5 minutes or until internal temp reaches 168 F. 3. While cooking, film will slowly inflate as steam builds up.
