Keep frozen. Store at 0°F (-18°C) or below fragile - Handle with care. Thawing instructions: Remove all packaging. Thaw under refrigeration. Maintain below 38°F (3°C). Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F. Season to taste. Cover baking sheet in aluminum foil or non stick spray. Place skin side down. Bake on middle rack for 15 mins or until done. Fish should flake easily with fork and middle should be opaque. Important seafood safety tip: Do not leave seafood sitting in car or truck. Refrigerate immediately. Place in the coldest place of the fridge. Cook immediately or within a day of purchase.
