Instructions for lighting a wood fire - Fireplaces, outdoor fire pits, woodstoves and campfires. 1. Break off one quick start firelighter. 2. Place a piece of firewood towards the rear of the fireplace grate. Place the quick start firelighter about 1/2" in front of the firewood. 3. Place more firewood around the firelighter. Light the firelighter on the rough edges. 4. Once the fire has ignited, carefully add more wood as needed. Close fireplace screen.

Duraflame quick start Firestarters light wood fires quickly and easily. Replaces messy newspaper and kindling. Each 18oz pack contains 4 firelighters. Great for fireplaces, outdoor fireplaces and fire pits, wood stoves, and campfires. Duraflame quick start Firestarters are made from wax and a blend of recycled and renewable biomass fibers. Reduces total emissions from wood fires. Lighting wood fires with newspaper or kindling produces a significant portion of the total emissions of a wood fire. Using duraflame quick start Firelighters to light a wood fire results in faster and more complete ignition of the fire, reducing emissions of particulate matter and carbon monoxide. Processed solid fuel for use in factory built fireplaces. Duraflame quick start Firelighters are suitable for use in UL listed factory-built fireplaces.
