Parini's home is on the shores of Lake Garda in the Veneto region of northern Italy. Named after one of Verona’s oldest families, whose name graces the famous tower in the city’s Piazza delle Erbe, thisinnovative winery is credited with having re-vitalized classic wines from this area. The intersection of tradition and innovation, the historic house was converted into a state-of-the-art winery in the 1990s, incorporating the best in Charmat technology to preserve the distinct character of the territory’s sparkling wines.
