Oven: pre-heat oven to 350°f, place links on a foil lined baking sheet lightly sprayed with oil and heat, turning often, for 10-15 minutes until internal temperature is 160°f. Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Add links and heat, turning often for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature is 160°F. Always thaw product in the refrigerator prior to cooking.
