Important use & care instructions - read before use. Do: Wash before use. Preheat your grill, not your Wok Topper. Spray or lightly coat with cooking oil before each use. Place food on your Wok Topper then place Wok Topper on the grill(3). Use appropriate, heat-resistant hand protection when handling a hot Wok Topper. Use trivets, etc. When placing a hot Wok Topper on outdoor/indoor surfaces that are not resistant to heat. Allow your Wok Topper to cool-down completely before washing(4). Don’t: use your Wok Topper before reading all instructions. Place your Wok Topper on your grill when preheating. Touch your Wok Topper without proper hand protection when hot. Place a hot Wok Topper directly on any outdoor/indoor surface that is not resistant to heat. Wash your Wok Topper until it is cool to the touch. (3) This will allow both the food and the Wok Topper to heat at the same time. Place chilled food on a hot Wok Topper can cause damage to the porcelain-coating from thermal shock. (4) Washing a hot Wok Topper can often cause warping and/or damage to the porcelain-coating from thermal shock.
