Important use & care instructions - read before use. Do: Wash before use. Preheat your grill, not your Work Topper. Spray or lightly coat with cooking oil before each use. Place food on your Work Topper then place Work Topper on the grill (This will allow both the food and the Work Topper to heat at the same time. Place chilled food on a hot Work Topper can cause damage to the porcelain-coating from thermal shock). Use appropriate, heat-resistant hand protection when handling a hot Work Topper. Use trivets, etc. When placing a hot Work Topper on outdoor/indoor surfaces that are not resistant to heat. Allow your Work Topper to cool-down completely before washing (Washing a hot Work Topper can often cause warping and/or damage to the porcelain-coating from thermal shock). Don’t: use your Work Topper before reading all instructions. Place your Work Topper on your grill when preheating. Touch your Work Topper without proper hand protection when hot. Place a hot Work Topper directly on any outdoor/indoor surface that is not resistant to heat. Wash your Work Topper until it is cool to the touch.
