Cooking Suggestion: To retain maximum flavor don't thaw before cooking. Drop in boiling water and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, drain and add butter. Other Cooking Suggestion: Brown medium size sliced onion in butter. Drop frozen broad beans into pot, add salt, pepper, 1 tbsp tomato paste. 1 cup boiling water. Stir and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat. To Store: Montana Broad Beans stay fresh up to expiry date when stored at -18 degrees C.
