YOU WILL NEED: Boneless Beef Chunk Roast (2 to 3 lb.) Slow Cooker (6-qt. size recommended) WHAT TO DO: 1. PLACE beef into slow cooker. Pour sauce over beef. (No need to add water.) 2. COVER and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hr. or until beef is fork-tender. (Or cook on HIGH 4 to 5 hr.). 3. REMOVE beef and cut into slices.
