Directions

Cooking Instructions: For each package use 4 quarts of water and 2 teaspoons of salt. When water boils, add Angel hair pasta and stir very gently with a fork. Do not reduce flame. At this point water will stoop boiling. When pasta rises to the top and water starts boiling again, let cook for an additional one minute for Al Dente (firm-to-the-bite texture). Strain in colander and serve with your preferred sauce: Tomato, seafood, clam, marinara, garlic & oil, alfredo, or just butter and grated cheese. It is also delicious added to your favorite broth or used in a cold pasta salad dish.
