Previously handled frozen, refreeze or keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Thaw sausage completely before cooking. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reaches 165° F. Grill: preheat grill to medium-low heat, or heat coals in a charcoal grill until they have a white ash look. Place thawed sausage on heat source 7-9 inches above coals. Turn links every 4-6 minutes. Cook until golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Oven: preheat oven to 425° F. Place thawed sausage on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil or spray with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Turn once. Skillet: heat a skillet to medium temperature. Add 1/4 cup of hot water and place links in skillet. Cover and heat for 10 minutes. Turn once, remove cover and continue cooking for 10 minutes until golden brown. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
