Directions

To Thaw: Room temperature: Place frozen tuna steaks in a colander at room temperature for approximately 1-1/2 hours or until soft. Refrigerator: Leave frozen tuna steaks in the refrigerator overnight or until soft. Microwave: Take frozen tuna steaks out of the bag. Place on a flat microwavable plate and select defrost mode. Do not refreeze after thawed unless cooked. For optimum quality, cook immediately after thawed. To Grill: Preheat grill to maximum high heat. Coat both sides of thawed tuna steak with olive oil and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. Sear 1-1/2-2 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Keep frozen until ready to use.
