Baking Instructions: Frozen Fruit Pies (Convection Oven): 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees - 400 degrees F depending upon oven type. 2. Cut 8 slits in top crust, approximately 1/2 inch each. 3. Place frozen pie on metal tray or baking screen. Load pies in oven. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until crust is a golden brown color. Convection (forced draft) ovens will bake faster and at lower temperature. Frozen Pumpkin & Custard Pies (Convection Oven): 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees - 380 degrees F depending upon oven type. 2. Place frozen pie on metal tray or baking screen. Load pies in oven. 3. Bake 60 to 80 minutes or until all but a 1 inch to 2 inch center of filling is set. Pumpkin and custard filling will continue to set-up while cooling.
