Baking Instructions: Frozen Fruit Pies (Convection Oven): (1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees -400 degrees F depending upon oven type. (2) Cut 8 slits in top crust, approximately 1/2 inch each. (3) Place frozen pie on metal tray or baking screen. Load pies in oven. (4) Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until crust is a golden brown color. Convection (forced draft) ovens will bake faster and at a lower temperature. Frozen Pumpkin & Custard Pies (Convection Oven): (1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees-380 degrees F depending upon oven type. (2) Place frozen pie on metal tray or baking screen. Load pies in oven. (3) Bake 60 to 80 minutes or until all but a 1 inch to 2 inch center of filling is set. Pumpkin and custard filling will continue to set-up while cooling. In-store shelf stable up to 3 days, refrigerate at home.
