How to Mix. Convenient Measuring Cup Method. Giant Instant Nonfat Dry Milk - Water - Liquid Quantity. 1 envelope + 3 3/4 cups = 1 quart. 2 envelopes + 7 1/2 cups = 2 quarts. How to mix. To mix exactly 1 quart. Place one envelope of Giant nonfat dry milk in a measured marked container. Add cold water to the one quart mark. Stir until thoroughly dissolved. For best flavor mix and store in tightly sealed glass container. Chill before serving. Whenever possible mix the night before. Refrigerate after mixing for best flavor. Mix in quantity and chill in refrigerator, or mix with cold water and serve at once. Mixed product can be stored in refrigerator for up to one week. Richer flavor plus cost savings over whole milk can be obtained by mixing equal amounts of reconstituted Giant nonfat dry milk and whole milk. Cooking and baking. When recipes call for milk, simply use required amount of prepared Giant nonfat dry milk. Due to settling of the product in this box, there may be slight variations in the number of quarts made when measuring Giant nonfat dry milk by the cup. This package, however, does contain the net weight stated on the label and will make the quarts indicated when measured exactly by weight. Best if used within 90 days after sell by date printed on front panel.
