Cooking Instructions: Use 1-1/2 oz of seasoning per lb. chicken, 2 oz seasoning per lb of mutton/goat. No other seasoning required. Heat oil in pen on med. heat, add meat brown quickly, then turn down heat, cover, and simmer for at least 20 mins. or until fully cooked. Refrigerate after opening.
