Directions
To Microwave: Cut a slit in the top of the bag to vent. Place unopened bag directly in microwave. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes or until desired tenderness. Carefully remove bag from microwave. Warning: The contents will be hot! Allow product to steam in bag for 1-2 minutes. Empty contents into a serving dish. Prepare as desired. (see serving suggestions). Serve immediately. To Steam: Remove contents from bag, steam 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved. To Boil: Remove peas from bag. Bring water to a rapid boil. Add desired amount of peas so all are submerged. Cover and cook for 2-5 minutes or until peas are bright green and tender. Drain. Add toppings, season, and serve. Serving Suggestions: Include in your favorite stir fry mix. Toss with olive oil, sauteed garlic and chopped red pepper. Toss with fresh pesto and toasted pine nuts. Eat them straight from the bag with ranch dressing or hummus. Perishable keep refrigerated.
