Stove Top: Place frozen vegetables in 1/2 cup boiling water. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until tender (8-10 minutes). Drain. Season to taste and serve. Avoid Overcooking. Microwave: Do not pierce, puncture or open the Steambag. Gently massage the package to break the product apart before placing in microwave. Place the Steambag in your microwave, directions side up, and cook on HIGH for 5-6 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully pour vegetables from pouch; season to taste. Caution: Contents Are Hot. NOTE: The power of microwave ovens varies. You may have to adjust cooking time.
