Must cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the Direction. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degree F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave (Recommended Method): 1. Remove pouch from carton. Place pouch, printed side up, on microwavable plate. Do not cut slit in pouch. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. Microwave Wattage*: 1200; Time on High: 5 to 6 min. Microwave Wattage*: 1000; Time on High: 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 min. Microwave Wattage*: 700; Time on High: 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 min. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: Hot! Pull or cut to open. Empty into serving dish; stir. * Wattages vary; adjust time for your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stove-Top: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. 1. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart nonstick saucepan. 2. Cover; cook over medium heat 11 to 17 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally. Keep frozen.
