Directions

Keep refrigerated. Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Record weight (Heating time is 15 minutes per pound). Remove turkey breast from package. Place turkey breast in a 13" * 10" * 3" roasting pan. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover pan with aluminum foil, sealing the edges tightly. Place in oven and heat according to the time calculated above. Remove turkey breast from oven. Keep foil intact and let stand for 5 minutes at room temperature before carving.
