Directions

1. Bring 4 quarts of water to rolling boil for each pound of pasta. 2. Salt to taste, if desired. 3. Add pasta and return to boil, stirring occasionally. 4. Boil uncovered 8 to 9 minutes or until desired tenderness. 5. Remove from heat, drain. Cooking instructions are a guideline and may be altered slightly.
