Microwave: Time. 600 - 850 watts: 5 min 30 sec to 6 min. 900 - 1050 watts: 4 min 30 sec to 5 min 15 sec. 1100 watts and above: 4 min 15 sec. 3. Let Stand 1 minute in closed microwave. 4. Caution! Bag will be Hot! Carefully hold bag at edges and remove from microwave. 5. Tear Or Cut bag at notch, holding away from face. Caution: Product Will Be Hot! Be careful to avoid steam. Empty into serving dish; stir well. Wait until cool enough to eat. Important: Do not use in conventional or toaster oven or on stovetop. Do not reuse cooking bag. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
