Directions

Keep Frozen. STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS: Heat 4 Cups Water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add edamame; return to boiling. Gently boil uncovered over medium-high heat 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain. (To serve cold, rinse with cold water; drain.) MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Important: Do not microwave in bag. Pour edamame and 1 Tablespoon Water into 1 1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on High according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until thoroughly cooked. CAUTION: HOT! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain. (To serve cold, rinse with cold water; drain.) Microwave Wattage* / Time on HIGH 1200 / 3 to 4 minutes 1000 / 4 to 4 1/2 minutes 700 / 5 to 5 1/2 minutes *Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended.
