Best Heating Practice: Do not cook unless thawed in full (refrigeration recommended). 1. Place non-stick pan on stovetop (no lid). 2. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil into pan. 3. Remove content from pouch and place into non-stick pan. 4. 0n medium heat, sear for 12 minutes. (add 1 tbsp water if rice still undercooked). 5. Gently rotate meal for even sear. 6. Season dish to your liking if still needed. You need: Non-stick pan, olive oil, water, 10-12 minutes. Thaw under refrigeration. Note: Pouch is not oven safe. Perishable. Keep frozen.
