Directions
Stove top: In a medium sauce pan bring 2-1/2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup of rice to the boiling water, cover with a top, and cook on high for 1 minute. Reduce to simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir and let rest for 5 minutes or until nice and fluffy. Add 2-1/2 cups of water with 1 cup of rice to a microwave safe container, cover and cook on high for 12 minutes. Mix and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Try this marinate your choice of meat or veggie in Nicobi foods sour dust with 1/2 tbs of oil & 1/2 tbs of vinegar add to a plastic bag or container, let marinate for 24 hours for maximum flavor. Sear to your liking and serve with rice & veggie.
