What you need. 1 Pkg. Bell's wing seasoning. 2 Lbs. chicken wings (tips removed, cut in-half at joint). Oven directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line large baking sheet with foil and spray thoroughly with non-stick cooking spray. Using paper towels, dry wings thoroughly. Empty Bell's Wing Seasoning into large resealable plastic bag. 2. Shake 2-3 wings at a time in seasoning mix in sealed bag until well coated on all sides. Transfer wings to prepared baking sheet, carefully shaking any excess seasoning back into bag. Repeat until all wings are coated, arranging In single layer. 3. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until wings are crispy and chicken is thoroughly cooked (internal temperature of 165 degree F). Grilling directions: Preheat grill to medium. Spray grill thoroughly with non-stick cooking spray. Season wings according to oven directions and grill, uncovered, over medium heat for about 30 minutes, turning frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and wings are crispy.
