Quick & easy cooking instruction. Bring 4 quarts of filtered water to a boil. Use entire package of pasta and add sea salt to taste. Set timer to 4 1/2 minutes. Return to rolling boil and reduce heat. Remove immediately when the timer sounds. Be careful not to cook longer than 4 1/2 minutes! Strain pasta in a colander and rinse with cool water to stop cooking process. Serve immediately with your favorite sauce. Helpful tips & reminders. Place cooked pasta in large bowl and drizzle extra virgin olive oil to prevent sticking. Ezekiel 4:9® Sprouted Grain Pasta cooks faster than regular pasta due to germination of the grains. It is normal for pasta to color the water slightly. Use residual water in smoothies or nutritional food for plants, etc. Cooks in half the time 4 minutes. During our sprouting process, enzymes help break down gluten proteins which allow the boiling water to soften and cook this pasta more quickly than regular semolina pasta.
