Prep time: 10 minutes. Cook time: 1 hour. Makes 10 servings. You will need. (read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free). 1 pkg. McCormick gluten-free seasoning mix. 2 lbs. Lean ground beef or turkey. 2 Egg, lightly beaten. ½ Cup milk. ¼ Cup gluten-free dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices gluten-free bread). 1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended. 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired. 3. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 1 hour or until cooked through.
