Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Cooking Instruction: Smoker: Preheat smoker to 300 degrees F. Place turkey breast on racks, close lid and cook for about 4 to 5 hours until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Grill: Set grill to medium temperature. Place turkey breast on the grill, flipping it over every 10-15 min. Cook for 1 hour 45 min to 2 hours until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Slow Cooker: Place turkey breast into the slow cooker, add water until at least 3/4 of the breast is covered. Place the lid on and turn on the slow cooker at high temperature. Cook for about 2 hours 45 min to 3 hours until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place turkey breast on aluminum pan. Close oven door and cook for about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Previously handled frozen for your protection.
