Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Oven Roasted: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove giblets and pat dry with paper towels. ) If desired. rub skin with 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil or butter and season with salt and pepper. If desired, fold back wings and tie legs together. Place chicken, breast-side up in shallow roasting pan. Roast 30 minutes.
