Est 1941. Spice Islands Bay Leaves are hand gathered from Bay Laurel trees in California. The tender young leaves are carefully dried to ensure superior quality. Also known as laurel leaf, this herb is highly aromatic. Add to soups, stews, chili, spaghetti sauce, and other hearty foods at the start of cooking to fully develop its flavour.
