Cooking Instructions: Use Shady Brook Farms turkey breast cutlet any way you would use chicken breast or pork cutlets. They are 98% fat free, and they taste great! Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Add cutlet to cooking surface so they do not touch. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each turkey cutlet. Grill: Preheat lightly oiled drill between medium and high heat, about 500 to 700 degrees F. Add cutlests to cooking surface so they do not touch. Cook 6 to 7 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each turkey. For food safety cook to 165 degrees F. Previously handles frozen for your convenience - Keep refrigerated or frozen.
