Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Grilling: Set grill at medium heat. Place breast on clean grill grates. Put any marinade from package on top of breast. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees, approximately 12 minutes, turning only occasionally. Do not overcook. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place breast in oven proof dish and add any marinated from the package to the top of the breast. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees, approximately 25 minutes. Pan Grilling: Place breast in frying pan on medium heat. Add any marinade from the package to the top of the breast. Cook an internal temperature of 165 degrees, approximately 15 minutes turning only occasionally. Cook an extra breast for a sandwich, sliced on top of a salad or use in Fajita's. Keep refrigerated.
