Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Grilling Instructions: 1. Preheat grill with one side onto and the other side on low. 2. Remove chicken from the package and place the chicken skin side up on the high side of the grill for 5-10 minutes mt close cover. Keep an eye out for flare ups. 3. Uncover and move the chicken tone low side of the grill and coon for 30-00 mines and close cover. Check the temperature of the chicken using a food thermometer on the thickest part of the chicken until it reaches 165 degrees F. If more time is needed, turn the chicken gain side down and continue to coon until it reaches desired temperature and color. Oven Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place the chicken a roasting pan. Cook for 40-45 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
