Cooking Instructions: Use Shady Brook Farms thin sliced turkey breast cutlets any way you would use thin sliced chicken breasts or veal cutlets. They are 98% fat free, and they taste great! Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Add turkey cutlets to skillet so they do not touch. Cook 3-4 minutes on the first side, flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each turkey cutlet. Grill: Preheat a lightly oiled grill between medium and high heat, about 450 degrees F. Add turkey cutlets to cooking surface so they do not touch. Cook 3-4 minutes on the first side, flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes; until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout each turkey cutlet. Previously handled frozen for your convenience - keep refrigerated or frozen.
