Cooking Instructions: Use Shady Brook Farms turkey breast tenderloins any way you would use boneless chicken breasts or pork tenderloins. They are 99% fat free, and they taste great! Oven: Place tenderloin in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 350 degrees F in the center of a preheated oven for 35 to 45 minutes, and until a meat thermometer registers at least 165 degrees F throughout the tenderloin. Grill: Place tenderloin on preheated grill. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning regularly, and until a meat thermometer registers at least 165 degrees F throughout the tenderloin.
