Cooking instructions: Microwave: 1100 watt Microwave on high (700 watt Microwave on HIGH) Remove - Tray from outer carton; poke holes in center of film with a fork. Cook - On high for 4 minutes. (for 700 watt Microwave cook 6 minutes). Remove film completely. Place back in microwave. Cook on high for 4 minutes. (for 700 watt Microwave cook 5 minutes). Let stand in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Savor - When removing from microwave, hold onto the tray's side handles and Enjoy! Conventional Oven: Preheat - Conventional oven to 350* F. Remove - Tray from outer carton and remove film. Put in oven - Place on baking sheet in the center rack of the oven. Bake - For 55 minutes. Remove - Remove baking sheet from oven. Cool for 3 minutes. Savor - Handle carefully as paperboard tray will be extremely hot. Enjoy! For food safety and best quality, follow cooking instructions completely. Adjustment to cooking times may be required due to variations in all microwave ovens. Do not reuse tray. Do not prepare in a toaster oven. Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measure by a food thermometer.
