Ready in less than 40 minutes. You will need: 1 lb. Lean ground beef. 1 3/4 cups water, divided. Heat oven to 425°F. Beef filling: Brown 1 lb. lean ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add 1 1/4 cups water, vegetables and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil; cook 1 min. Reduce heat; simmer 5 min., stirring frequently. Cornbread topping: Add remaining 1/2 cup water to cornbread mix in bowl; stir until blended. Assembly: Spoon beef filling into 2-qt. casserole. Spread cheese sauce over beef filling; cover with cornbread topping. Bake at 425°F for 17 to 19 min. or until filling is heated through and topping is golden brown. Caution: Casserole and contents will be hot. Customize it! For a spicier kick, reduce water tom 3/4 cup when preparing the beef filling. Stir 1 drained 10-oz. can Rotel® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies into filling before spooning into casserole. Stir 1/2 cup frozen corn into beef filling before spooning into casserole.
