Do not refreeze. Cooking Instructions: 1100 watt Microwave on high. (700 Watt microwave on high). Remove tray from outer carton; pull back corner or film to vent. Cook on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. (For 700 watt microwave cook 3 minutes and 30 seconds). Stir: Pull back film and stir. Remove film completely. Cook more on high for 3 minutes (For 700 watt microwave cook 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes. Dig in: When removing from microwave, hold onto the tray's side handles. Stir and enjoy.
