Chili cheese dip: Brown 1 lb. Ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in 1 jar (16 oz.) Salsa, 1 lb. Processed cheese product, cubed, 4 tsp. Chili powder, 3/4 tsp. Each ground cumin and garlic powder. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
