Directions
Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age: take 1 tablet daily as a dietary supplement, preferably with a meal or as directed by a doctor. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. Not for frequent or prolonged use except on the advice of a doctor. Store in a dry place at 15 degrees - 30 degrees C (59 degrees - 86 degrees F). Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture. To Open: Push down & turn. Close tightly.
