Directions

Wash well. Chinese Bean Sprout Saute: Serves 4. 1 8oz. bag of Fullei Fresh bean sprouts; 2 tbsp oil; 2 cloves garlic (minced or pressed); 1/2 lb. mushrooms (sliced); 2 tbsp soy sauce. Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add garlic, stirring constantly until lightly browned. Add sliced mushrooms. Saute 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add Fullei Fresh bean sprouts and soy sauce. Mix lightly. Cover for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Be careful not to over cook. Our sprouts remain crunchy when cooked. Keep refrigerated.
