All you need: 1 lb. ground beef, turkey or chicken. 2/3 cup water. 12 taco shells or tortillas, warmed. Assorted toppings. Makes 12 tacos: 1. Brown ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. 2. Stir in spices & seasonings and water. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Spoon beef mixture into taco shells. Serve with assorted toppings. Chili Con Queso Dip: Prepare as directed in steps 1-2, simmering 3 minutes. Add 1 package (8 oz) processed cheese, cubed. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
