Keep frozen. Defrost: Place ground turkey in refrigerator for 24 hours. After completely thawing, keep refrigerated. Product should be used within 48 hours. Do not refreeze. Cooking instructions: Prepare ground turkey in your favorite recipe. Substitute for ground beef. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods.
