Directions: Before first use, briefly depress nozzle base to prime spray. Clean the nozzle after use with soapy water, rinse and dry. Use as directed and as often as needed. Suitable for everyday use. Twist nozzle to align arrow on base to symbol: Power-Jet-2 straight lines; Gentle-Mist-3 dashed lines. Power-jet (ages 6+). Clears tough congestion. Lean over sink and tilt head slightly to the right side. Insert nozzle into opening of left nostril pointing away from the center of the nose. Press on base of nozzle for 3 seconds as needed. Remove. Gently blow nose. May repeat on the opposite side. Gentle-mist (ages2+) soothes & clears everyday congestion insert nozzle into opening of nostril. Press down briefly on base of nozzle, using 1-3 short bursts of saline mist. Remove. Gently blow nose. Repeat in other nostril. Store at 20-25 degrees C (68-77 degrees F). Do not refrigerate.
