Keep refrigerated. Cooks under 20 minutes in broiler or on the grill. Serve skewers with lo mein noodles and sauce, or be the protein source of lettuce wraps. Cooking Instructions: Broil: Heat broiler; spray broiling pan with cooking spray. Arrange beef on broiling pan. Adjust oven rack so tops of skewers are 4 to 6 inches from heat. Broil 6 minutes; turn skewers over. Broil an additional 6 to 8 minutes until fully cooked. For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer. Appliances and product thickness may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
