Sizing and Fitting: The helmet can only protect if it fits well. Therefore, the buyer should try different sizes and choose the size which feels secure and comfortable on the head. Put the helmet on your head. It should fit comfortably snug at the top and sides, not too tight or too loose. The helmet should be positioned on the head so that it maintains a level fit position so as to protect the forehead and not be pushed too far over the back of the head, does not impede your field of vision, cannot be pulled off easily, and does not readily change position on your head. Buckling Up: Fasten the helmet strap until you hear the buckle make a click sound. Make sure that tension is even between the front and the back strap. If the strap is too loose or too tight, unbuckle the helmet and adjusted the fit. The helmet should be adjusted to fit the user, e.g. the straps positioned so that they do not d adjust the fit.
