Our story: Dogs love our biscotti. They love them because of the flavor, Peanut Butter and Bacon! We have been making traditional Italian Biscotti by hand since 1993 - we mix, roll, bake, cut and pack all of our biscotti. When we make doggie biscotti, we use the same care that we use for our people biscotti. Dogs dig 'em. About our cover dog: Eve is a Border Collie, Heeler Mix. She is 9 months old. She is quite a runner. She loves to chase, catch, return and repeat. Long walks in the park and doggie biscotti are a few of her favorite things. She loves her human, Sam and everyone else she meets.
