Thaw your cheesecake by removing from plastic wrap and defrost in the refrigerator overnight. For urgent cravings remove form plastic wrap and allow to come to room temperature for 90 minutes. Slice your cheesecake. Run your knife under hot water before using. Wipe blade with towel and slice. Repeat, wiping the knife clean before each slice. Keep frozen. Store your cheesecake in the freezer for up to 6 months in the original packaging. Leftover cheesecake can be refrigerated for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
