Keep frozen - Thaw over-night in refrigerator. Remove from package before cooking. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place fish on a lined or non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. To keep fresh, use immediately or freeze.
