Cooking instructions: Simply remove packaging & cook from frozen as follows, for best results, cook in the oven. Oven - 22 mins: Pre-heat oven and cookie sheet to 425°F. Place frozen Cutlets on sheet in a single layer. Bake 22 minutes. Caution: Cutlet and cheese will be hot. Microwave – 2 1/2 mins: Place Cutlet on a microwaveable plate. For 800 watt microwave - Heat on high for 2 1/2 minutes: let stand for I minute. Caution: Cutlet and cheese will be hot. Storage instructions: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed. After cooking, Quorn Chicken & Sharp cheese cutlets will keep for up to 3 Days in the refrigerator. Note: Ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook before eating.
